The Gardeners Cottage
Our beautiful cottage is situated on the grounds of Balnakeilly estate, Pitlochry. The cottage has 4 double bedrooms which sleeps 8 people comfortably., 1 little snug room with Travel cot, Beautiful spacious open kitchen/living area. 2 bathrooms, utility room with washing machine and dryer,.
We have a lovely decking area to enjoy the summer evenings, and take in the fantastic views of Pitlochry and Ben y Vrackie.
We are in walking distance to the local bars and restaurants.
The space
Our cottage is all on one level, situated on our beautiful private Balnakeilly Estate, 4 spacious bedrooms. We also have a little snug room which we have set up with a yoga matt, small blue tooth speaker, room diffuser for you to add your own aromatherapy oils to and a private curtain to draw so you can go into your own chill space. There is a Large open plan kitchen/lounge area with log big burning stove, 2 Bathroom/shower rooms, Utility room, with washing machine and dryer. Step outside to the decking area, where we have table and chairs to sit and take in the gorgeous views down the valley or of Ben y vrackie, We have private parking for up to 4 cars.
We are in walking distance to the local hotel/bar and 10 min walk in to town, we are on the door step of the stunning Mountain of Ben y vrackie, if you like hill walking, we are in prime location

Good to know
- Check-in after 16:00, self check-in with a lockbox
- Check-out by 10:00
- Dogs welcome, up to 4. Please keep all dogs on leads, as there is livestock in the fields
- Quiet hours 22:00 to 07:00
- No smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes
- No parties or events
- At check-out, please leave the keys in the door and the doors unlocked for the cleaners
Booking and payment
- Bookings made 6 weeks or more before arrival: a 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
- Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.
- Payment is taken securely by card.
